today:

- 2 blueberry muffin poptarts
- 1 apple

then, the last dinner (kind of, i can still eat a super early dinner tomorrow...)
-penne vodka!
- about 3 breadsticks
- 1 slice of ice cream cake!

then i had
- the 2nd half of the burrito from last night
almost forgot to post today but remembered at the veryyy last minute aha!

well...today:

- blueberry muffin mini wheats cereal

then the fam went out to eat because of me since i'm going to london on tuesday and we went to on the border and i haddd.
- nachos with salsa then some guacamole, sour cream, and this cheese sauce. not a whole lot but not a whole little, haha.
- a half of the big borderrito or whatever, it's the huge burrito but instead of meat i asked for guacamole, mmm
- side salad that came with the borderitto with oil and vinegar
- most of the kaluha ice cream cake i shared with my dad and brother but they didn't have that much (i offered! they were just full)
- 2 of these blue martinis i forget their real name

then for a late night snack:
- 1 apple

i worked out tonight though, yayyy!

ugh so today was another one of those days...and i didn't work out, but i went to a family party that's why! it was my uncle's 75th surprise bday. but yes, enough stalling this is what i ate:

- 2 banana bread waffles
- 1 apple
- about 3 slices of italian bread
- about 4 pieces of bread and bruschetta
- a small salad
- some tilapia, i didn't eat it all tohugh
- 3 mini cannolis
- 3 glasses of white wine

i swear to you i am working out tomorrow!

- 2 banana break waffles with sugar free syrup
- 1 pumpkin pie slice
- 1 small salad with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers
- 1 costco rice, bean, and cheese burrito

- about 5 coors lites
- 1 apple berry muffin
- a bunch of caramel corn quakers rice cakes

- honey sunshine kashi cereal
- 2 pumpkin pie slices (one my mom brought home from work and it was yellow and not good, then i baked a pie and it was delicious and awesome)
- 1 muffin that i also baked it was apple, raspberry, blueberry and it was delicious too.
- 1 apple
yesterday:
- blueberry muffin mini wheats
- 4 veggie pancakes (they're small)
- some delicious homemade apple crisp made by yours truly
- 1 blueberry nutrigrain bar
- pita bread with hummus

today:
- 3/4 of an everything bagel with cream cheese
- a super small but still cost $8 mozzarella, roasted red pepper, tomato sandwich
- a 16 oz banana berry jamba juice
- a little bit of apple crisp with ice cream

Today I went apple picking, that's my reason okay before we start off. Okay, now, I ate:

- cinnamon toasted kashi heart to heart cereal
- a small coconut ice cream cone
- about 1.5 apples (one fell while i was eating it and trying to grab another apple)
- 1 homemade potato pancake
- 1 apple cider donut
- tortilla crusted tilapia with fire-roasted veggies
- 3 chocolate chip cookies from costco with milk

- 2 pieces of toast with blueberry jam
- 1 blueberry light and fit yogurt
- 9 pierogies with sour cream and salt (fatty!)
- a couple of bites of the cake roll

yup yup yupppp.
yesterday i ate:

- i think i ate the kashi honey sunshine cereal again.
- a kids size fudge brownie rita's ice (i had a coupon it was free and i had to use it before i leave for londonnn)
- 6 inch veggie supreme sub from blimpie's but with sweet peppers instead of roasted red ones because they were out, they were also out of tuna too. ugh, note to self: try subway instead.
- a slice of pita bread with scallion hummus

super fatty today, i'm about to go and work out.

- baby confetti salad consisting of spinach, dried cranberries, walnuts, pears, and apples. yum.
- half of this pitalia sandwich which was a mozzarella, portabello, roasted peppers, etc etc on pita bread.
- 4 raviolis
- 1 apple
- 1 s'mores granola bar from south beach diet

such a fatty today. i didn't work out either...i went to the beach and went swimming, does that count? :/

- mozzarella, sun dried tomato, and sweet peppers sandwich

- half of a mozzarella, arugala, and sweet peppers sandwich (my mom's sandwich that she didn't finish when we ate them, so yes it wasn't just a coincidence that i had both mozzarella sandwiches)
- light and fit blackberry yogurt
- some kettle corn

- with a side of mashed potatoes and vegetables

- 1 chewy chocolate chip cookie

I'm hungry now though. :/ But I'm not going to eat, I'm going to bed. Yay.

i am so full.

edit: at 3am i had about 20 parmesan goldfish crackers, d'oh!

everytime i make these posts i feel fatter and fatter, i think this is also the reason why i've been working out everyday since making this blog. yes, that started off as a bad thing but ended up a good thing, hooray!
