today ughhh:
- half of a grilled cheese
- honey sunshine kashi cereal
- 1 scoop of chocolate therapy and 1 scoop of half-baked frozen yogurt from ben and jerry's
- greek salad
- 1 coconut atkins chocolate bar
- 1 oatmeal raisin chewy granola bar
super fatty today, i'm about to go and work out.
EDIT: 2 bites of a cheese danish. :/
