ugh so today was another one of those days...and i didn't work out, but i went to a family party that's why! it was my uncle's 75th surprise bday. but yes, enough stalling this is what i ate:
- 2 banana bread waffles
- 1 apple
- about 3 slices of italian bread
- about 4 pieces of bread and bruschetta
- a small salad
- some tilapia, i didn't eat it all tohugh
- 3 mini cannolis
- 3 glasses of white wine
i swear to you i am working out tomorrow!
