Todayyy:

Breakfast:
Marshmallow Oaties cereal

Snack:
My co-worker brought in some celery with ricotta and almond butter, yum!

Lunch:
Egg salad on an everything bagel thin
Blueberry yogurt
Like 6 french fries

Snacks:
Apple with reduced fat peanut butter
Some chocolate covered raisins
Some of my chocolate bunny and coconut egg
Chewy 100 calorie PB granola bar

Dinner:
Cinnamons and Apple oatmeal with cinnamon raisin peanut butter and strawberries

Exercise:
20 minutes of weights and 30 minutes on the treadmill, ran 2.20 miles.

So it was a snacky day but I didn't have a big dinner...so that's my excuse. :/
Breakfast:
-POM Pancakes

Lunch:
-Banana
-Blueberries with Milk

Dinner:
-Salad with grilled shrimp, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, gorgonzola cheese

Snacks:
-head of a chocolate bunny
-half of a giant muffin
-4 ginger cookies

Exercise:
Arms for about 30 minutes

Well, last night after I posted that I ate half of a giant muffin from Costco. Oh boy.

Today -

Breakfast:
-Fake Sausage, Egg, and Cheese thing from Morningstar

Snack:
Double chocolate donut from Dunkin Donuts CURSE YOU WORK!

Lunch:
Small salad, there wasn't much left. Consisting of spinach, beans (black, kidney, and garbanzo), beets, tomatos, feta, and green peppers.

Snack:
1/2 cup cottage cheese w/blueberries
a bit of a giant dark chocolate coconut egg

Dinner:
Chocolate Milk/Almond Milk, Almond milk was running low so I mixed it with the regular milk
Crab cake!
Toast with avocado
Pitette with Hummus

Exercise:
Walked to AND from the gym totalling: 4.8 milks
1 hour of this Kick class that is the best, most hardcore class of my life

I'm back!

Hey everyone! I'm rebooting this up again! So here we go:

Breakfast:
-Honey bunches of oats with cinnamon w/almond milk
-Coffee

Lunch:
-Light and Fit Blueberry yogurt w/granola
-Pita filled with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, gorgonzola, and balsamic vinaigrette
-half of a canoli

Dinner:
-Small salad w/lettuce, tomato, and onion
-Black Bean Burger from Morningstar
-Corn

Snacks:
-1/2 of a godiva caramel apple truffle bar
- 1/2 cup of dublin mudslide ben and jerry's

Exercise:
-1 hour and 30 minutes of Zumba
