So yesterday I couldn't update because I went waited outside 30 Rock to get tickets to SNL's dress rehearsal. We got in by the way. :)

Yesterday (from 1pm friday to 7am saturday):
- blueberry banana smoothie
- salad
- veggie delight subway sandwich with italian herb and cheese bread
- wisconsin cheddar pirate's booty
- 1 peanut butter chewy granola bar
- veggie soup (free!!!)
- little baby bagel (free!!!)
- 1 small vanilla cappucino from mcdonald's
- 1 hot chocolate (free!!!)

Today:
- 2 blueberry waffles
- 3 cheese tortellini pasta with fettucine alfredo
- 1 cupcake from Magnolia Bakery

I worked out for 20 minutes today mostly doing crunches on an exercise ball and lunges/squats.

But I also went cross-country skiing today and probably did about 4.5 miles. So go me!

- 1 spiced orange banana smoothie
- a veggie burger
- some macaroni salad
- an english muffin with almond butter
- a slice of banana cream pie
- and about a small handful of those dark chocolate pomegranate things.

I also worked out today. I worked out for about an hour with a trainer (I had 1 free training session) we mostly did a full body workout because I am weak everywhere, haha. But it was fun.

- 2 sloppy joes with fake meat from morning star
- some hash browns that my mom made with cheese, onions, and sour cream that weren't that good even though i do love all of those things
- then i munched on some more dark chocolate pomegranate things.

- 2 pumpkin walnut pancakes with sugar free syrup
- an iced chai tea latte (2 servings so 100 calories not including the sugar and milk i added :/)
- 1 pita bread with hummus
- 1 special k blueberry bar
- a bowl of sliced watermelons
- and some more dark chocolate pomegranate things! (we got more today, uh ohhh)

I also worked out for about an hour and a half today doing leg routines and glutes routines. Mostly machine work but some free weights. It was my last day of the free week pass so I don't know how often I'll be working out because I am too poor to afford a membership. :(
Again I missed a day, no excuse this time either oh well.

Yesterday:

- 2 pieces of pizza
- 1 special k blueberry bar
- 1 toffee waffle thing

I went to the gym for about an hour and a half today and did ab and tricep routines (a lot of machines so I'm not going to explain them really.

I have an excuse for missing friday it was my birthday...let's not talk about it. Instead let's talk about what I ate:

Friday:
- bowl of blueberry morning cereal
- manicotti formaggio with shrimp from olive garden, I only had like half of it
- this delicious chocolate almond shake with bailey's, disaronno, and kaluha
- 1 piece of ice cream cake
- 3 magners
- 2 vodka and cranberrys
- 1 more piece of ice cream cake

And todayy:
- 2 pancakes
- 1 amy's organic cheddar cheese burrito
- 2 little toffee waffles
- pumpkin ice cream
- 1 pita bread with hummus
- 1 coconut macaroon
- a few handfuls of dark chocolate pomegranate things


I'm noticing when I don't have a big dinner or at least full meal I snack on little things more. Ie: Today when I just had a burrito.

I didn't work out either days because I'm still so sore from Thursday. Tomorrow I'm back at it though.

Today I worked out too:
I spent almost 3 hours at the gym with my brother. We did dead lifts, rows, pull ups, these things where you lie down and pull up weights, this ab twister thing, 20 minutes on the arc trainer, and 60 crunches but on one of those tilted things.

Intense.

Today I worked out:

I went to the gym for the first time today with my brother.
I went on the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes and worked on my shoulder by doing shoulder presses, free weights shoulder lifts, this thing where i spread my arms with weights on a machine, and shoulder shrugs.
We were there for an hour and 45 minutes.

So I went to London for 2.5 months for studying abroad...and yeah, I've been back for almost a month now but I've been taking it easy. I lost 5 pounds (maybe more, but I just weighed myself today, I probably should have right when I got home) in London, how? I have no idea because I ate a lot and drank a lot. But we also travelled a lot so that activeness may have helped me lose the pounds. Anyway, I feel like the pounds might be coming pack because I'm lazy again, so I'm bringing this back. I'm also going to mention if I've worked out that day too. This is going to be like a fitness/food journal. New year, new me. Wish me luck!

I'll start it up tomorrow because I was a big fatty today, tomorrow is a fresh new start completely.
