Today I ate:
- blueberry muffin oatmeal w/2 packets
- crab corn chowder soup
- crab cake with some rice
- 3 slices of bread 1 was a roll the other 2 were slices of this sweet really good bread
- chocolate ice cream w/oreo cookie like dust on it
- half of this chocolate mouuse thing
- a banana
Yesterday:

- 1 chocolate banana smoothie
- 1 piece of toast with pumpkin butter
- 6 pierogies with sour cream
- 2 peanut butter cookies
- 1 chewy chocolate chip granola bar
- some wild blueberry rice cakes


Today:

- 1 bowl of banana nut crunch cereal
- 2 blue coconut margaritas from applebee's
- spicy shrimp diavolo dish from applebee's
- 1 slice of toast with pumpkin butter
- some wild blueberry rice cakes

- half of a salad w/no dressing
- 3 chocolate covered strawberries

- 2.5 pancakes with blueberry stuff on them from IHOP
- some hashbrowns
- some grapes
- 3 chocolates
- some potato salad

Today:
- 1 bowl of blueberry oatmeal
- 1 chocolate chip chewy granola bar
- 1 pb and banana sandwich
- 5 truffles from cowgirl chocolate
- 1 banana
- 1 chik'n pattie and sweet potatos
- some potato salad

I worked out for 20 minutes today mostly doing crunches on an exercise ball and lunges/squats.

- 2 pieces of Russell Stover chocolate
- 1 veggie burger with pepper jack cheese, guacamole, lettuce, and tomato.
- some sweet potato chips
- this cheeseburger in paradise cocktail that consisted of a layer of frozen margarita, a layer of frozen pina colada, a layer of rum runner, a layer of strawberry daiquri.
- 1 oatmeal cookie
- 2 peanut butter cookies

Today:
- 2 blueberry toaster strudels
- an appetizer combo consisting of: 2 mozzarella sticks, 2 potato skins w/cheese, some fried mushrooms, and 2 jalapeno poppers
- half of an eggplant parm sandwich
- some apple crisp
- pumpkin ice cream

But I also went cross-country skiing today and probably did about 4.5 miles. So go me!

- 1 amy's organic burrito
- 1 harvest vegetable flatbread from uno's minus the broccoli

Today:
- 2 blueberry toaster strudels
- 1 bowl of pumpkin soup
- 5 "goat cheese" raviolis (tasted like regular ravis to me)
- 1 slice of pumpkin cheesecake which was amaaaaazing
- 3 or 4 pieces of russell stover chocolates :x
