Today:
- 1 bowl of blueberry oatmeal
- 1 chocolate chip chewy granola bar
- 1 pb and banana sandwich
- 5 truffles from cowgirl chocolate
- 1 banana
- 1 chik'n pattie and sweet potatos
- some potato salad
I worked out for 20 minutes today mostly doing crunches on an exercise ball and lunges/squats.
