Yesterday:
- 1 bowl of toasted oats smart start cereal
- 1 salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, and lettuce
- 1 grilled cheese
- 1 almond butter and banana smoothie
- 2 caramel corn rice cakes
- 1 slice of pita bread with hummus
- 1 peanut butter chewy granola bar

Today:
- 2 pancakes with sugar free syrup
- 1 baguette with brie and cranberry
- 1 cup of blueberry green tea with honey and lemon
- 1 bowl of toasted oats smart start cereal
