Breakfast:
-POM Pancakes

Lunch:
-Banana
-Blueberries with Milk

Dinner:
-Salad with grilled shrimp, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, gorgonzola cheese

Snacks:
-head of a chocolate bunny
-half of a giant muffin
-4 ginger cookies

Exercise:
Arms for about 30 minutes
