Well, last night after I posted that I ate half of a giant muffin from Costco. Oh boy.
Today -
Breakfast:
-Fake Sausage, Egg, and Cheese thing from Morningstar
Snack:
Double chocolate donut from Dunkin Donuts CURSE YOU WORK!
Lunch:
Small salad, there wasn't much left. Consisting of spinach, beans (black, kidney, and garbanzo), beets, tomatos, feta, and green peppers.
Snack:
1/2 cup cottage cheese w/blueberries
a bit of a giant dark chocolate coconut egg
Dinner:
Chocolate Milk/Almond Milk, Almond milk was running low so I mixed it with the regular milk
Crab cake!
Toast with avocado
Pitette with Hummus
Exercise:
Walked to AND from the gym totalling: 4.8 milks
1 hour of this Kick class that is the best, most hardcore class of my life
