Again I missed a day, no excuse this time either oh well.
Yesterday:
- 2 strawberry and cream cheese toaster strudels
- 2 pieces of pizza
- 1 special k blueberry bar
- 1 toffee waffle thing
- some dark chocolate pomegranate things
- these blueberry flavorite quaker light rice cakes
I think that was it...
And today:
- bowl of blueberry morning cereal
- 1 special k blueberry bar
- brie and cranberry baguette
- some potato salad
- some dark chocolate pomegranate things
I went to the gym for about an hour and a half today and did ab and tricep routines (a lot of machines so I'm not going to explain them really.
