I have an excuse for missing friday it was my birthday...let's not talk about it. Instead let's talk about what I ate:
Friday:
- bowl of blueberry morning cereal
- manicotti formaggio with shrimp from olive garden, I only had like half of it
- this delicious chocolate almond shake with bailey's, disaronno, and kaluha
- 1 piece of ice cream cake
- 3 magners
- 2 vodka and cranberrys
- 1 more piece of ice cream cake
And todayy:
- 2 pancakes
- 1 amy's organic cheddar cheese burrito
- 2 little toffee waffles
- pumpkin ice cream
- 1 pita bread with hummus
- 1 coconut macaroon
- a few handfuls of dark chocolate pomegranate things
I'm noticing when I don't have a big dinner or at least full meal I snack on little things more. Ie: Today when I just had a burrito.
I didn't work out either days because I'm still so sore from Thursday. Tomorrow I'm back at it though.
