i ate:
- 2 brown sugar and cinnamon poptarts
- a cheese and pickle sandwich
- an english muffin with peanut butter on it
- a s'mores granola bar
- a toffee waffle
i worked out:
about 45 minutes at the gym. 20 minutes on the arc trainer, and various machines for abs, triceps, and chest.
today:
- blueberry morning cereal
- half of a tuna wrap
- pizza fries
- about 8 chips ahoy chocolate chip cookies
- some potato salad
- 1 vodka and cranberry
