Yesterday I had:
- scrambled eggs
- a huge salad with walnuts and cranberries and tofu and cucumbers and tomatoes and onions, it was delicious
- a small whole wheat bun
- 1 slice of banana cream pie
- about 5 glasses of sangria
Today:
- 2 pieces of toast with blueberry jam
- 1 spiced orange banana smoothie
- a veggie burger
- some macaroni salad
- an english muffin with almond butter
- a slice of banana cream pie
- and about a small handful of those dark chocolate pomegranate things.
I also worked out today. I worked out for about an hour with a trainer (I had 1 free training session) we mostly did a full body workout because I am weak everywhere, haha. But it was fun.
