Today:
- a bowl of honey bunches of oats
- a banana
- a veggie burger with cheese
- beans
- a little bit of the dark pomegranate thingys
- 1 toffee waffle
I also worked out for about an hour and a half today doing leg routines and glutes routines. Mostly machine work but some free weights. It was my last day of the free week pass so I don't know how often I'll be working out because I am too poor to afford a membership. :(
