Forgot again to post...whoops.

Today I ate:

1 bowl of honey bunches of oats
1 salad consisting of tomatos, gorgonzola cheese, green peppers, cucumbers, and lettuce
1 cheddar cheese and pickle (the english pickle stuff) sandwich
some macaroni salad
2 chocolate chip cookies
a handful or two of these dark chocolate pomegranate things


Today I worked out:

I went to the gym for the first time today with my brother.
I went on the Arc Trainer for 20 minutes and worked on my shoulder by doing shoulder presses, free weights shoulder lifts, this thing where i spread my arms with weights on a machine, and shoulder shrugs.
We were there for an hour and 45 minutes.
