So I went to London for 2.5 months for studying abroad...and yeah, I've been back for almost a month now but I've been taking it easy. I lost 5 pounds (maybe more, but I just weighed myself today, I probably should have right when I got home) in London, how? I have no idea because I ate a lot and drank a lot. But we also travelled a lot so that activeness may have helped me lose the pounds. Anyway, I feel like the pounds might be coming pack because I'm lazy again, so I'm bringing this back. I'm also going to mention if I've worked out that day too. This is going to be like a fitness/food journal. New year, new me. Wish me luck!
I'll start it up tomorrow because I was a big fatty today, tomorrow is a fresh new start completely.
